VMN COMMERCIAL INSTRUCTIONS REQUIREMENTS AND GUIDELINES
- Commercial Instructions should be sent 5 business days prior to first air date. Please note this deadline will change during an accelerated log schedule.
- Advertiser/Product/Channel/Contact name/Contact number should be listed clearly on instructions.
- DIRECT RESPONSE should denote Local or National next to the product. If possible, local and national instructions should be sent separately. Direct Response sending multiple creative(s) with URL or 800#'s that have the same ISCI/Ad-ID but airing on different networks must have the corresponding URL as part of the ISCI/Ad-ID
- All Direct Response copy with a UFN end date should now either have an end date or the revision should clearly refer to the dated copy it is replacing.
- Please note on instructions the spot arrival date or if creative(s) are on hand. Spots should be delivered 5 business days prior to air.
- Percentage copy should have clearly marked start and end dates.
- Spot by Spot should list dayparts or shows clearly on separate pages.
- **REVISIONS should be clearly marked in bold and should indicate revision #.**
- **When sending a revised creative(s) with the same ISCI/Ad-ID, "REPLACEMENT CREATIVE(S)" should be indicated somewhere on the creative(s) or it will be tossed with the assumption that it is a duplicate copy.**
- When revising SPOT BY SPOT instructions, please clearly denote what has changed.
**BE AWARE THAT SPOT BY SPOT REVISIONS SENT MIDWEEK MAY HAVE SPOTS THAT HAVE ALREADY AIRED**
- Changes being made from multiple ISCIS/Ad-IDs to one code across dayparts should be noted.
- Allocated instructions and number of units should match proposed deal.
